Which brands do you support?
We modify 95% of pistol slide models from all major brands, including aftermarket manufacturers. See order form for details.
How does shipping work?
We provide a prepaid USPS Priority label, box, and instructions after checkout, and ship back the same way. No FFL required.
May I cancel or modify my order?
Before you ship to us: full refund. After you ship but before we begin work: full refund - $25. After work begins: no refunds.
Do I need an FFL to ship my slide?
Slides, barrels, and optics do not qualify as "firearms" and therefore can ship via USPS without FFL transfer.
Will you work on my frame?
We only work on pistol slides, barrels, and optics. Never send us frames, receivers, ammo, or rifles.
May I dropoff and/or pickup?
We are strictly a shipping-based service, not a retail storefront. Round-trip shipping labels in every order.
