This Privacy Policy is an addendum to and governed by ModMount’s Customer Agreement (modmount.com/terms) and Affiliate Agreement (modmount.com/affiliate-terms). In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Customer Agreement or Affiliate Agreement, this Privacy Policy prevails regarding privacy matters only.

1. SCOPE OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected by ModMount in connection with your use of our website, services, and participation in our programs, including but not limited to the purchase of services, submission of information via forms, and communications with our team.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following personal information:

Contact information: Name, Email Address, Phone Number, Shipping Address
Order Details: Purchase history, Order Preferences, and Component Specifications
Images and Documentation: Photos and videos of components, fulfillment forms, and inspection records
Payment Information: Processed securely by third-party payment processors; ModMount does not store complete payment card data

ModMount collects and processes personal information from Affiliates as part of our Affiliate Program. This includes, but is not limited to:

Name, contact information, business name, business address, payment details, tax identification numbers, and social media profiles
Information provided during the Affiliate application process
Affiliate performance data, including referral activity, commission tracking, and recruiting activity

We use this information to:

Evaluate Affiliate applications
Administer the Affiliate Program and process commission payments
Comply with legal and tax obligations
Communicate program updates and marketing opportunities

We may share Affiliate information with:

Payment processors and tax authorities for compliance purposes
Service providers assisting with program administration
Marketing partners and networks as necessary for program operation

All Affiliate data is collected, used, stored, and shared according to the security and privacy practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

13. POLICY UPDATES

ModMount reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.

Material changes will be communicated through website updates and, where appropriate, by email notification.

Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website.

Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy reflects the date of the most recent changes.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the same laws and jurisdiction as set forth in the ModMount Customer Agreement and Affiliate Agreement.
