Ship Your Slide
Disassemble pistol, ship slide only (USPS Legal—no FFL required). We provide prepaid return shipping label. Fully insured both ways.
CNC Machining
Slide fixtured on 5-axis CNC mill. Cuts executed with <0.001" tolerance. Post-machining surfaces deburred and hand-finished to remove tool marks.
Optional: Cerakote Finish
Choose matching or contrasting Cerakote color. Protects freshly machined surfaces and creates custom two-tone or multi-tone aesthetics.
Quality Check & Return Ship
Final inspection verifies cuts meet specifications and slide maintains structural integrity. Ships back via USPS Priority with tracking.

Top Window Cuts
Material removed from top of slide between ejection port and rear sight. Reduces weight, exposes barrel during cycling, creates aggressive aesthetic. Single or multiple windows.
Side Lightening Cuts
Vertical or angled cuts on slide sides. Reduces reciprocating mass without affecting structural areas. Can be combined with top cuts for maximum weight reduction.
Front Serrations
Aggressive forward serrations for press checks and one-handed manipulations. 25° or 30° angle options. Can extend full length of slide or limited to front section.
Rear Serrations
Enhanced rear serrations deeper and more aggressive than factory. Provides bombproof racking purchase. Matches front serration angle for aesthetic consistency.
Custom Patterns
Design your own cut pattern. Provide reference images or sketches. We create CAD mockup for approval before cutting. No design too complex.

Material Removal Limits
Maximum 30% material removal from non-structural areas. Maintains slide rigidity under pressure. Wall thickness never reduced below OEM specs in critical load-bearing zones.
Cut Depth & Tolerance
±0.001" dimensional accuracy on all cuts. Depth calculated per slide model to avoid interfering with internal components (firing pin channel, extractor, etc.).
Edge Finishing
All machined edges chamfered and deburred. Removes sharp corners that could cause injury or catch on clothing. Hand-finished for smooth tactile feel.
Symmetry Verification
Bilateral cuts measured for perfect left/right symmetry. Ensures balanced reciprocating mass and aesthetic consistency. <0.005" deviation tolerance.
